Worksheets, made with the people who use them every day.

mindlinen is a small studio in Hamburg. We design printable worksheets for CBT, ADHD, anxiety, mindfulness, and couples — together with licensed therapists who use these formats with their own clients. The goal is the same in every sheet: clarity and calm. Less to read, more to think.

Why we do this

Most printable worksheets you find online are either pretty but useless, or clinical but ugly. We try to find the third path: clear, calm, evidence-based, and quietly beautiful. Worksheets you'd actually want to fill in on a hard day.

Who we are

Studio led by Fabian Lindner in Hamburg, with rotating collaborators from the German and US therapy community. Every bundle lists the framework it's built on (Beck, Hayes, Barkley, etc.) and the therapist who reviewed it.

What we are not
